Simplify Daily Life with Home Automation

My husband and I met Frank after the purchase of our apartment in the Woolworth Building. Frank listened to our initial request and remained within the requested guidelines of the project.
We have several homes, all with audio-video systems connected to lighting, shades, drapes, etc. While he guided us to keep current with technology, he understood that at the end of the day, we wanted the ability to easily turn on the TV.
